Bid Sale Info

Auctions will be annnounced via email and our website. Open to the public, individual and pallet lot items available for silent closed bid. Pallet lots range from mixed lots to single items. Viewing the merchandise is absolutely free! Registration must be completed with a valid drivers license prior to bidding on any item. Be sure to come early! Parking is limited.

Bid Sale Hours on Auction Week
Viewing / Bidding: Wednesday, 4:00 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Results Posted: Thursday, 3:00 pm (approx.)
Load Out: Thursday, 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Loadout Guidelines

All merchandise awarded, (including trash, cartons) must be picked up no later than Noon on Friday.

Anyone picking up merchandise late will be charged a holding fee.

All merchandise must be paid for in full prior to loading out. Silent bid merchandise paid for and not picked up by Noon Friday is subject to being destroyed, resold, or stored outdoors, at the discretion of SACS management. A record of no-shows will be kept.

SACS is not responsible for any damage to vehicles that may occur during load-out.

Bid Sale Guidelines

Bidders must be registered and assigned a bidder number prior to participating in the silent bid auction.

Although advertising for the silent bid auction may be inaccurately described, all bidders have the right to view each lot prior to bidding and purchasing. The lots sold are purchased by the buyer “AS IS” and are “FINAL”. The seller disclaims and excludes all warranties, express or implied including specifically all implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Relocating merchandise from one lot or area to another is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave and will not be allowed to participate at any future events.

All bids are required to be in dollar amounts only. Any other form will not be accepted.

A minimum bid of $5.00 is required. Any bid under the minimum will not be accepted.

Bidders are asked to review and sign all bid sheets. Once signed this becomes a valid acceptance of all rules, guidelines and bids for that sale.

It is a bidder’s responsibility to verify that the numbers on their confirmation sheet are correct and the sheet must be signed.

After all bids are received, SACS reserves the right to retract the offer to sell an individual item and/or lot.

Bidders will not be allowed in the warehouse after conclusion of the Bid Sale.

All bidders must enter and exit the warehouse through the front doors.

Absolutely no persons under the age of 18 allowed on the auction floor.

Bid results will be available at the registration area, approximately (1) hour after the auction ends. It is the bidder’s responsibility to find out their results. SACS does NOT contact the bidder.

SACS reserves the right to recover any salvage merchandise purchased if the bidder still has it in his/her possession. Upon such recover, the bidder will be reimbursed for the amount originally paid, plus an 20% of the price paid to SACS by the bidder.

The bidder agrees not to contact the shipper or consignee for any purpose.
