What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer Paypal payments. We also accept Money Orders and cashier’s checks. Please no personal checks or cash. We do NOT accept international PayPal payments or payments from PayPal accounts not based within the United States.
How do I pay?
Please use the Pay Now button located at the top of the page or the CheckOut button located in the auction terms to proceed to our secure CheckOut system. This system will verify the address you wish to ship to and will direct you to the PayPal system if you wish to pay via PayPal. Failure to use the CheckOut system may cause delays in the shipment of your order.
Do you accept personal checks?
No, we do not accept personal checks.
Can I pay you directly with my credit card?
We do accept Visa and Mastercard credit card phone orders for any order over $100.00. Please note that there is a processing fee of 5.0% for all credit card orders.
5. Where do I send a money order?
If you wish to pay using a money order, you must return to the auction listing and complete the CheckOut. This process will give you our address where you can send the money order and a printable receipt.
How do I know you received my payment?
Our system will send a notice confirming payment and an email when your order ships with appropriate tracking information.
How quickly do I need to pay for my auction?
We ask that all buyers contact us and pay for their auction within 10
business days. If you contact us and inform us that you must delay payment
we will usually allow you to do so.
Do you combine shipping on items if I win more than one auction?
Yes. We do apply discounts to combined shipping on multiple items. Items may be combined according to weight and size. Shipping discounts may be restricted by these weight and size requirements. Heavy or bulky items cannot be combined. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the CheckOut process.
When will my item ship?
We generally ship items by the next business day after we receive payment. Most payments made before noon Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Please note that we are only open Monday through Friday.
When will my item arrive?
The length of time it takes for your item to arrive varies by shipping company. Items shipped via FedEx typically arrive within 3 to 5 days. If your item shipped USPS you should receive your item between 5 and 10 days after you are notified that it has shipped.
Will you ship to Canada or countries other than the United States?
No, we do NOT ship internationally.
How do I track my package?
You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
What happens if my package does not arrive?
If you received an email informing you that your item has shipped and then do not receive your item for two weeks, please email us.
Can I insure my shipment?
Your item is automatically insured as a portion of the shipping price.

Truck Shipping and Less-Than-Truckload Freight Information:
Certain items must be shipped via truck freight due to size or weight. These items include:
- Items weighing more than 85lbs
- Large or bulky items
- Used generators, power washers, or similar machines with gasoline engines
Truck shipped items must meet more stringent shipping requirements than other items. Please read the following shipping terms before ordering truck-shipped items:
- The order MUST be shipped to a business or commercial location. Deliveries that are not deemed to be a business or commercial location are subject to a residential fee which will be in addition to the shipping cost. Please contact us for a residential delivery quote before bidding.
- Items may be delivered to a freight terminal in your area for pick-up by the winning bidder. This service is called Will-Call and is available at the same shipping cost as listed in the auction.
- Delivery driver is NOT responsible for off-loading the shipment. You must have means of unloading the shipment in order to accept the delivery.
- The stated shipping cost in the auction does NOT include additional services such as Liftgate Service, Inside Delivery, Residential Delivery, Limited Access Delivery, or Call-Ahead Service.
We will ship the item with the quickest and most cost-effective carrier available. Upon shipment, you will receive a PRO number (tracking number). Please thoroughly inspect the shipment upon arrival, and make note of any and all damage. If the item has significant damage, please contact us before accepting or signing for delivery. Signing for the item clear by you or anyone on your behalf will result in forfeit of any damage claim.

Local Pick-up Information:
We do allow pick-ups on Wednesdays from 9am - 4pm. The handling fee for items that are picked up from our warehouse is $5.00 per five items (1-5 items = $5, 6-10 items = $10, 11-15 = $15, etc). All pick-up orders are subject to 7.3% sales tax. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and Visa & Mastercard for pick-ups. Buyers may either pay for the item beforehand via PayPal or pay cash/credit when picking up the item. Your invoice will be adjusted during CheckOut to reflect the discounted shipping cost. If you plan to pick the item up, we ask that you notify us at least one day in advance. Our warehouse is located at:

How do I return an item?
Please review our auction terms. Before returning an item, please contact us to make sure the item is eligible for return and for a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Please take care when packaging the item to prevent any damage in shipping. Also, all original contents must be included with the returned item. When we have received the item in return and have verified the condition you describe, we will issue the appropriate refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the shipment and return of the item.
We work hard to provide merchandise at a savings to the public. In order to accomplish this, we are unable to provide traditional customer services.
